Welcome to our website. Khoury Contracting Company was created in 1987 and established its first business in Lebanon.
Its activities started with the construction of marine jetties and quays. In the years that followed, the scope, the nature and the diversity of the construction field led to the development of the company which cover quite a diversified range of activities in the contracting field, including notably:
• Marine works
• Heavy Civil Engineering and Municipal Works
• Mechanical and Electrical Installations
• Building construction projects of varying size,
more particulary those requiring special expertise and high
standards of workmanship
• Rehabilitation projects, such as ancient and historical buildings
Khoury Contracting Company carryout its activities in the above fields in different styles. In many cases it undertakes the projects as Main Contractor with overall responsability for the execution of the works on a turn key basis, which may also include design. It also operate as Subcontractor carrying out civil engineering works for marine project; Mechanical and electrical installations and specialized works such as rehabilitation. For certain projects, it enters into consortia or joint ventures with other firms.
